Check prices, sizes and vehicle type before making a tire purchase through the website. The buyer may request the delivery of the tires directly to any tire installer near the buyer by scheduling the date and time of delivery at the facility of the tire installer selected by the buyer.

When a customer places an order, Vermont Tool Company will send that customer an email which aims to confirm the purchase and payment. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has the confirmation of his purchase and the details of the order.

We reserve the right to limit the number of units purchased by each user. Vermont Tool Company also reserves the right to limit sales of our products on a regional or jurisdictional basis.

Vermont Tool Company may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time in its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payments made for products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.

Vermont Tool Company reserves the right to determine the price for the products. The price of the product and its different variants will be available on each product page. Product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time according to the value of exchange rates.

Vermont Tool Company will make reasonable efforts to keep the price information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information.

Will always try to make sure that the prices on the website is accurate. However, some errors in terms of price may occur from time to time, including but not limited to human error, mechanical error or the like. Should an error in pricing be discovered, the customer will be informed of such error. The option to reconfirm the order will be given to the user at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order should the user not be satisfied with the correct price communicated on the said product order.

6. PAYMENTS

Products will be paid by credit or debit card through the payment processor available on the website. The customer shall pay the price of the product stipulated in the order before the product is shipped to the customer. Payment will be charged to the customer’s credit/debit card immediately upon placing the order for the product(s) purchased. Once the transaction has been processed, we will send an electronic receipt of the transaction to the email address you provide during registration or purchase of the product(s).

If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment platform.

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The purchase of our products is final and non-refundable! We only make returns, refunds and exchanges of our products if the product is proven to be damaged, defective, missing a part, delivered to the wrong address or is an incorrect or different product than the one you ordered. Vermont Tool Company makes no warranty with respect to the goods displayed by or web site herein. Only such warranties made by the manufacturers as may otherwise be applicable shall apply to such goods, for which warranties by others, if any, VTC assumes no obligation. We hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties, express and or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, VTC neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or party to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of all goods. Under no circumstances shall VTC be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale of goods. Please refer to the individual manufacturer’s current catalog and price list for specific details. These are readily available upon request. In all cases, any tools, equipment or parts purchased from VTC believed to be defective in workmanship or material should be returned freight prepaid. Any goods showing signs of abuse, misuse or alteration, do not qualify under any warranty program. Our full obligation is based on the manufacturer’s examination and is limited to the replacement of any part or parts believe to apply under their warranty policy. Alleged defective goods proof of purchase will be necessary before any alleged defective goods can be forwarded to the manufacturer. 

New and Warranty Returns: 
Vermont Tool Company will accept any new returned item purchased from its warehouse stock* provided it is in New condition, unopened, not shelf or truck worn, unmarked, and still listed in the manufacturers most current price sheet (*a list of exclusions is available upon request). Items must be returned in their original box or packaging and will be accepted only within ninety days of purchase. Items on clearance, final sale and not in the current manufacturer’s price list are excluded under the previously stated terms. Special order items may not be eligible for return and are subject to a 30% restocking charge.  All credits will be issued at the net purchase price; Minus Credit Card Processing fees, Shipping fees inquired, an a Stocking fee. Returns (that are approved) will be subject to a 30% handling charge. Some exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances. 
We reserve the right to issue our customer only a store credit!

 No cash refund, credit or debit card refund will be made to customers of Vermont Tool Company. We reserve the right to issue you only store credit for orders approved for return! 

Return Procedures
To facilitate accurate and speedy processing of returns please prepare them under the following guidelines:

  • Prepare a legible itemized list of all items being returned by quantity, then manufacturer and part number.
  • Indicate the reason for return, either new or defective (not both).
  • Repairs should be listed separately and marked for warranty or estimate repair. All warranties must have proof of sale to the end user attached to qualified for alleged warranty repair.
  • Separate all products by new or defective to avoid damage of any new products being returned.
  • Double box all merchandise to go through the rigorous freight carriers system of transportation.
  • Insure each box for an accurate value. Shortages will be the shipper’s responsibility. Notice of any shortage will be shown on the itemized credit memo returned with shortage on.
