Vermont Tool Company is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

Items can be shipped directly through Vermont Tool Company. However, the vast majority of items are shipped through our suppliers.

Items can be shipped directly via USPS, FEDEX, OR UPS. Orders outside the continental United States will always be shipped via USPS.

Vermont Tool Company orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 8 AM – 5 PM CT). For security reasons, Vermont Tool Company will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Vermont Tool Company offers free shipping on orders over $199. On orders under $199, shipping costs will depend on the delivery location of the order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please check the shipping costs depending on the place of delivery before placing the order.

Free shipping applies only to orders within the continental United States. The shipping cost for orders outside the continental United States will depend on the delivery location of the order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Vermont Tool Company may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
  • Orders within the continental U.S. :2 – 5 business days.
  • Orders outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, PR, APO, or Navy bases): 5 – 10 business days.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. If for any reason or circumstance we need to extend the order processing time, we will contact you via the email address provided during checkout.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

  1. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping times will depend on the delivery times set by the shipping companies. Please check the delivery times depending on the delivery location and check the following information according to the shipping carrier:

  • USPS: items shipped by USPS are Priority Mail and are delivered 3 to 5 days after tracking is provided through the buyer’s email. Additional insurance is purchased by the customer at the time of purchase. Some packages shipped via USPS will include a $100 insurance policy which must be paid for through the USPS.
  • UPS: items that are shipped from our warehouse are shipped via UPS. Delivery time is 5- 8 days. Additional insurance is available for purchase.
  • FedEx: items shipped via FEDEX are high priority items and will always have a minimum insurance of $100 per package. Customers may purchase additional insurance at checkout. $1.99 for $100 insurance ($1.99 = $100 insurance cost).
  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number of your order. The tracking number can be from the shipping companies: USPS, FEDEX OR UPS. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

  1. DELAYS

Vermont Tool Company is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Vermont Tool Company is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

  1. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

  1. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Vermont Tool Company will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated delivery addresses.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct, and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current, and accurate delivery address.

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

  1. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Vermont Tool Company recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. Vermont Tool Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

  1. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Vermont Tool Company makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered”.
