Vermont Tool Company is committed to delivering products in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

Vermont Tool Company delivers nationwide (U.S.).
Items can be shipped directly through Vermont Tool Company. However, the vast majority of items are shipped through our suppliers.
Items can be shipped directly via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Orders outside the continental United States will always be shipped via USPS.
Vermont Tool Company orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Sunday, 8 AM – 5 PM CT). For security reasons, Vermont Tool Company will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

Vermont Tool Company offers free shipping on orders over $140.

Orders under $140: Shipping costs depend on delivery location and are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping applies only to orders within the continental United States. The shipping cost for orders outside the continental United States will depend on the delivery location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Vermont Tool Company may, on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders $140 and above (continental U.S.): 2–5 business days.

Orders under $140 (continental U.S.): 5–10 business days due to additional handling time. Smaller orders are grouped into stocking orders with the manufacturer so we can qualify for free shipping. This allows us to keep prices lower for our customers.

Orders outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, PR, APO, or Navy bases): 5–10 business days.
Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that processing may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. If, for any reason, we need to extend the order processing time, we will contact you via the email address provided during checkout.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping times will depend on the delivery times set by the shipping companies. Please check the delivery times depending on the delivery location and carrier:

USPS: Priority Mail, delivered 3–5 days after tracking is provided via email. Additional insurance may be purchased at checkout. Most of our shipment will have $100 of insurance coverage. This is favored for all orders under $140 in most circumstances and would increase your handling time 5 days

UPS: (Unlikely to Ship Via UPS) Items shipped from our warehouse via UPS, delivery time 3–7days. Additional insurance available for purchase.

FedEx: High-priority items shipped via FedEx 2 Day Shipping, always with a minimum $100 insurance. Additional insurance available at checkout ($1.99 per $100 in coverage).
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that includes the tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number provided. Vermont Tool Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate carrier based on the tracking number provided, or contact us for further assistance.
DELAYS
Vermont Tool Company is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Vermont Tool Company is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product will be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Vermont Tool Company will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated delivery addresses.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is current, correct, and accurate. Before completing checkout, please verify the address.
If your order is not delivered due to incorrect or outdated delivery addresses and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for additional delivery costs or to issue a refund minus the delivery expense.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Vermont Tool Company recommends customers provide a secure delivery address (home or place of employment). Vermont Tool Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment Vermont Tool Company makes the product available to the buyer, which is confirmed by the courier system when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered.” You will be informed via an email thru your PayPal account for tracking.
