Shipping and Handeling

Items may be directly shipped thru Vermont Tool Company. Other items are shipped thru the affiliate companies.

Items that are sent USPS are priority mail and are delivered 2-3 days after tracking is provided. Items that are shipping UPS are always from our warehouses. These take 5-8 days for final deliver.
Items that are shipped thru our work location will be shipped to minimize any shipping cost! 

Handeling Time

UP TO 5 DAYS FOR GEAR WRENCH PRODUCTS!

All other items will have a max handling time of 2 days Or less.

If an item is back ordered will we inform you of this and give you a delayed shipping day. 

Returns

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! The item must be defective, missing a piece, was sent the wrong item, or delivered to the wrong addres.
Proof of damaged goods is required! Please allow us sometime to help you with you package problems also!
